Fabricating Your Own Fuel Tank? We've developed three (3) fuel tank fuel filler adaptors & fuel tank flange kits (see Available Options above - "Fuel Tank Fuel Filler":

1. Fuel Cap
2. Hose Filler Tube; and
3. -24AN Male Flare Adaptor (designed specifically for the Earls -24AN 45 Degree & 90 Degree Female Hose Adaptors - add to your order: see Available Options above - "24AN Female Hose Adaptor")

Need a Fuel Pump? The FS1200 is designed for upto three (1-3) Walbro 255, 460, 460 Plus and 520 fuel pumps. PUMPS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE: If you wish to add a fuel pump to your order please add pump type the quantity you require to your order from the AVAILABLE OPTIONS above - "Walbro Fuel Pump" and we will assemble your FS1200 fuel pump hanger free of charge. We will also adjust the height of the kit if Spacers are also added to the order.

Need a Fuel Pressure Regulator? We've made the decision easy and added the most suitable fuel pressure regulator based on the fuel pump selection to the AVAILABLE OPTIONS above - "Fuel Pressure Regulator".

Package includes the following items:

• FS1200 Billet bulkhead (-8AN ports)
• Billet twin (2) or (3) triple Walbro bracket depending on requirements (includes stainless steel fasterners and Viton rubber insert)
• Billet push-lock adaptor fittings
• Billet fuel pump manifold
• Viton rubber o-rings included
• E85 compatible fuel pump/bulkhead hose
• Billet aluminium weld-on bulkhead ring with large Viton o-ring (requires 149.5mm hole size)

*These tanks MUST not be pressurised, If you plan to use a high volume in-tank fuel pump you MUST use a-8AN fitting as the Overflow fitting located at the top of the surge tank. This will allow the fuel to return back to your fuel tank or fuel cell at the same rate fuel is supplied into the surge tank.
